In order to run Geospatial Portal on any mobile device, open the Web browser and type the address (for example, http://hostname/portal_instance) to Geospatial Portal. Click Go to start Geospatial Portal. The application detects whether Geospatial Portal is run on a mobile device and is automatically loaded with the mobile layout.
Based on Hexagon Geospatial Mobile SDK, a touch friendly Geospatial Portal mobile application is also available out of the box. The app can display 2D Consumer layout maps that can be accessed through either a URL or QR Code. The app is available for iOS, Android and Windows mobile platforms.
