Geospatial Portal is not supported to work in Compatibility View in Internet Explorer browsers - this option must be switched off by the user.Along with the Geospatial Portal, besides the standard layout with its full powerful functionality, also available is an additional, simplified Consumer Portal Layout. Consumer Layout is a simplified, light weight, and easy-to-use Web client, providing core functionalities for users consuming spatial data. It provides the possibility to view predefined map compositions and search for geographical objects. For more information on the Consumer Portal layout, see Using Geospatial Portal in Consumer Layout. The Consumer Portal Layout is issued from an independent instance on the server.
Based on Hexagon Geospatial Mobile SDK, a touch friendly Geospatial Portal mobile application is also available out of the box. The app can display 2D Consumer layout maps that can be accessed through either a URL or QR Code. The app is available for iOS, Android and Windows mobile platforms.
